Well, we are hours away from another snow storm, yippee!
The snow storm will start in about 2 hours and will bring about 3 – 7 inches, the snow is so pretty when you are watching it from inside the house and not out in it….Lol
I will be working and watching one of my favorite channels, you guessed it the Hallmark channel. I love the fact
that I work at home and when inclement weather hits, I can still work without leaving the warmth of my warm home.
If you are planning a wedding or event, today would be a good day to get a lot of your planning done on paper, since you stuck in the house what better way to get work done.
Here a simple strategy:
Guest list: If you haven’t completed your guest list, this would be a good time to brainstorm, all the people that you want to invite to your wedding or event. Write down every possible name that you can think of to invite. Then take a break, walk away from it, perhaps watch a movie, read book or cook or bake something. Anything to take your mind off the guest list for the moment. Then after a couple of hours, review the list and start deleting names.
Location (Venue): If you have pamphlets of various venues, use this time to review the venue information, and if not do a google search for venues in your area. If you have purchased my e-book “I’m Getting Married, Wedding Guide”, utilize the venue checklist to assist you to make the venue selection.
Budget: There are two ways you can determine your budget, you can either write down everything that you want and get the actual cost and indicate the amount on the budget sheet and once you review your total budgeted amount you will delete what you don’t want or don’t need. Or you can just write down the basics items and get the actual cost and once you have a total, you can then determine what you can add. Both ways are good, it all depends what will work for you. In the wedding guide e-book, it has the complete budget which you can utilize both ways.
Purchasing the I’m Getting Married Wedding Guide today is essential to your wedding planning process, if you are not the bride and you are helping the bride with the planning process, purchase the guide to help you and the bride plan, the wedding of her dreams!
