I normally try to make a large dinner on Sunday, so that I can have leftovers on Monday and if you have leftovers, move Monday’s meal to Tuesday; repeat this step anytime there is leftovers.

Hamburgers and/or Hot Dogs
Tri-color Pasta Salad (easy to make tri-color pasta, pepperoni, black olives, diced onion, Italian dressing, preferably Robusto style dressing. Cook pasta, and mix all ingredients in a bowl, serve cold.
Friday
P. F. Chang’s fried rice and spring rolls (both can be found in frozen food section)
Saturday
Grilled chicken salad (Tyson grilled chicken slices are the BEST) or you can grill your own
